About Pediatric Dentistry

What is a Pediatric Dentist?

A Pediatric Dentist is a dental professional committed to the oral health of all children, including infants. Pediatric Dentists have thorough knowledge, understanding, and qualifications to care for children’s teeth, gums, and oral hygiene. Pediatric Dentists have exceptional training in dentistry and provide comprehensive oral health care for all infants, children, and adolescents. All Pediatric Dentists attend four years of dental school in addition to at least 2 years of residency.

Dr. Gomez has extensive training in examining and treating children, by making them feel comfortable while receiving the best quality care. She is dedicated to the oral health of your children from infancy through teen years using effective behavioral techniques that are very successful for all children, including those with special needs.
